As a Barman, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.

Long Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar counter, shelves, and seating area.

Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all garnishes, glassware, and equipment are ready for service.

Handle cash, credit transactions, and open/close tabs accurately.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Create a lively, welcoming environment while monitoring guest behavior and alcohol consumption.

Suggest signature cocktails or drink pairings to enhance the guest experience.
