Long Description
We are hiring an experienced Chef for a food and beverage outlet in Chennai.
The role covers running an assigned section independently, preparing mise en place to standard, maintaining consistency and portion control through service, managing stock rotation and station hygiene, and supporting junior kitchen staff.
Requirements: 3+ years in a professional kitchen; strong fundamentals across preparation and cooking; ability to work clean and fast during peak service; sound understanding of hygiene and food safety standards; hotel management or catering qualification an advantage.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Immediate joining preferred.
