Job Description

Lumi is opening in Chennai and we're looking for a Head Chef to build and lead the kitchen from the ground up. Urgent requirement.
You'll own menu development, recipe standardisation, kitchen setup, supplier and cost management, and hiring and training the kitchen team.
Looking for: 8+ years in professional kitchens with at least 2 at Head Chef or Sous Chef level; dessert, pastry or ice cream background; strong costing and inventory discipline; comfortable in a new brand where systems are still being built. Salary negotiable.
