Ice Cream Chef to lead production for a new Chennai ice cream brand. Urgent requirement.
You'll handle base preparation, flavour development, churning and storage, and hold consistency batch to batch.

Long Description

Looking for: 3+ years in ice cream, gelato or frozen desserts; understanding of overrun, stabilisers and texture; obsessive about consistency. Salary negotiable.
