Long Description
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for a leading food and beverage outlet in Chennai.
The role covers day-to-day operations, staff rostering and supervision, cash and billing management, stock and wastage control, guest experience, and reporting on sales and costs. You will work closely with the kitchen team to keep service and production aligned through every shift.
Requirements: 5+ years in food and beverage or hospitality management; experience running a single outlet, or a strong assistant manager ready to step up; comfort with POS and billing systems; proven people management and rostering ability; strong command of costs and inventory.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Immediate joining preferred.
