Long Description
We are hiring a Service Captain for a busy outlet in Chennai.
The role involves running an assigned section through service, supervising and guiding stewards, handling guest interaction and resolving complaints, coordinating orders between floor and kitchen, and holding service standards through peak hours.
Requirements: 3+ years in restaurant, café or fine dining service with at least one year at captain or senior steward level; confident and presentable guest-facing manner; ability to maintain standards under pressure; good Tamil and working English.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
